I see a mechanical arm behind the spout, are you on Fabric? If you are, there's currently an issue opened on the Fabric Create Github about it.

Looks weird... I think you should report this one to the issue tracker: Create for Forge Create for Fabric

From the open report it looks like none of the chutes are pulling from belts, looks like I'll just have to wait.

Fabrication has 2 settings to either disable anticheat or just the movement check.

Fabrication has quite a few of the features to bring back old school stuff. Out of things you listed, it includes only the 2d items, but maybe you will like something else they include. All features are toggleable, so if you dont need anything else, just turn them off.
