Since you're a developer, if you want to try something extra spicy, you could learn the .flp file format layout with something like node-flp or FLParser's loading functions. Then you could just manually edit the .flp to your liking.

B) However, your second paragraph doesn't really add up. I'm a web developer so I understand the tools necessary to build applications like this. Second link can't be used commercially. Your third link is under GNU, which means it can be used for commercial use. Now, I understand that it is possible to build the C# binary and just have the web server call that binary with the uploaded file, but that'd be very inefficient considering that there are a host of other libraries that can do this, like this node package. But who knows what stack this guy is using to host the server. Could be Java for all we know. Either way my point isn't that he could possibly not being using this software.
