HELP!!!
Basically, you'll want to download the .Cia and .3dsx files for FBI from the FBI GitHub. Open a default installed app that you never use (the AR one for me). Then press L+Dpad down+select to open the Rosalina menu. In the Rosalina menu select "Miscellaneous options" then "Switch the hb. title to the current app". Next close the Rosalina menu, close and reopen the app. It will open as the homebrew launcher. At this point you can open the FBI.3dsx from the homebrew launcher and use it to install the FBI.cia. You'll be up and running and be able to install whatever you need at this point. I recommend the Universal-Updater to open up your options.

Does anyone know what I should do about this error message, I can’t access any homebrew apps or FBI
You can get it here: https://github.com/Steveice10/FBI/releases
- issues with cia installs

Qr code install not working
no, the browser doesn't support downloading files. scan this qr in fbi to install latest (2.6.1), this is plain http, which should be fine for old fbi, and the same cia as official one, you can decode the qr to get the cia to verify it if you concern about it

Should I delete all the homebrewing of the sd card?

I recently took a Nintendo 3ds and yesterday it started showing me this error and I don't know how to fix it, I look on the internet how to fix it but I didn't find anything related to this error which it shows me every time I turn on the console. Pls help 😣
If the same error is displayed, I'd suggest reinstalling FBI (taking for granted everything else works fine), you'll need the Homebrew Launcher (that I hope you already have on your console), the latest fbi.3dsx file in your SD card root and the latest fbi.cia file preferably in the cia folder of the SD card. https://github.com/Steveice10/FBI/releases/tag/2.6.1

Restoring Corrupted Save Data From a Cartridge Using Homebrew?
First, follow dsi.cfw.guide to get homebrew setup on your DSi (you must install Unlaunch or it won't work). Then download DSi save manager and use that to dump your save file. Then you can move it to your PC via the SD Card

Backing up Pokemon saves on DSi for use with an emulator?

Is there a way I can play my Pokemon Emerald .sav on my newly jailbroken/modded DSI?
You can use a savedumper (https://github.com/edo9300/ndsi-savedumper) for dumping and injecting saves from and to legit cartridges. If you're playing a gba game on the DSi, you will have to install GBARunner2 (https://github.com/Gericom/GBARunner2) in order to run gba .rom files. I'd try placing your .sav file next to your .rom file and naming them like this: "{filename}.rom" and "{filename}.sav", where the {filename} part is identical.
