F4MP VS iw4x-client

That mods dead it seems as stated on their github. But there is a new WIP mod called FalloutTogether. If you want more details about check out this YT vid. However, it's still early In its stages and is pretty unstable only giving you like 5 minutes of playtime before crashing.

If you are talking about F4MP (a lot of Youtubers were talking about it a year ago) it is no longer being worked on.

There was a multiplayer mod for FO4 in development a while back, but last I heard its been canned by the devs. Here's a link to the github page if you want to check it out, though it is set to read only. However, there's recently another multiplayer mod in the works called FalloutTogether. Here's a link to a youtube video detailing it and its installation.

There's also numerous mods for Bethesda games to add some kind of multiplayer experience. F4MP has been a thing for a while now.

MW2 (2009), AW, Ghosts For those looking for the good old days of MW2, and I guess if you wanna play Ghosts or AW, X-Labs has you covered. Like CoD4X, these games include new maps & guns. The community on MW2 is much healthier than Cod4 and you will be able to find games a lot more often. I do not own AW or Ghosts so i can not attest to how populated they are on a regular basis. - PC is the second most active, and partly because of iw4x. IW4x is an open source project that allows you to set up your own dedicated servers with modifications for Modern Warfare 2 on top of a decentralized network. Main issue is the lack of vanilla lobbies and possible ping (it's region based). You can of course also play it on Steam but beware of hackers (there is an RCE exploit sadly but the patch is available in this sub's Discord) and of lack of support. However for Australians the steam version is safe to play via http://www.dedigamer.com/ These are dedicated servers hosted by a top bloke who's reverse engineered the game. It improves the experience as well as having great connection for anyone on the continent. Join the Discord above as there is a PC channel too.
