    I also have experience creating Telegram bots using Aspnetcore but without the Microsoft Bot Framework. If you only need Telegram I would suggest looking into that. My personal Telegram bots run on a Raspberry PI. That code only uses Webhooks and can be found here: https://github.com/Ericvf/Telegram-Bots
