Bed leveling
It's pretty easy honestly. Following this guide will get you there. I did it somewhat recently and basically stuck with default offsets and have no issues. It does have a guide there to figure them out correctly though.

Ender 3v2 Neo Failed prints HELP
I agree with the gist of this... before you clog - I used the https://github.com/Lash-L/Ender-3-V2-Neo-Setup/wiki/Updating-Firmware link to upgrade the firmware twice since december. The first time had some challenges around alignment, but the second time was fantastic and got the previews working.

Help!
Try to search on YouTube. If you have problem with 3d printer not detecting se card, try to use some other sd card that didnt came with 3d printer and change the name of firmware files (3d printer won’t install files if you don’t change name). Follow tutorial for formatting sd card and what firmware you would need. And I would install this firmware, it is better than stock one.

Plug and play my a$$
Some of the s1 have a warped bed I had one like that. Swapping to professional firmware with UBL helped. I don't recommend any of the ender machines except the ones from this year anymore https://github.com/mriscoc/Ender3V2S1/releases/tag/20231202
