    Plugging shdwcat's YUI here. It's very very powerful, even in its early state, and uses a YAML schema + scripting language to let you achieve a lot in a short amount of time. It also supports Live Reload!

    I made this some time ago. It contains most of the things you mentioned, but it's not really oriented towards games. Shadowcat made this which is more about games but I haven't used it much so I couldn't tell you much more about it.
