- Wouldn't it be helpful to see match details of downloaded replays as part of this? It'd be a lot easier to find a replay based on heroes from both teams.

TA's Meld doesn't trigger her Psi blades passive if the target dies. While normal attacks do. Is this intended ?

Please provide an option to check 'Auto Select Summoned Units' based on each individual hero just like unit-specific hotkeys

I've only ever found the dota specific cfg options on various other projects like this github though

Dota 2 is still writing out player ids in /game/dota/server_log.txt
according to this https://github.com/antonpup/Dota2GSI you get steamids. you can do a steam api call and get playernames with that.

This doesn't really answer your question, since it doesn't provide information about other players but Valve exposes a Dota 2 GSI (Game State Integration) available to everyone. This is how your RGB keyboard can flash red when you're on low HP for example.
