Continuous Glucose Monitoring on the Apple Watch
It is technically possible to connect the Apple Watch directly to the FreeStyle Libre glucose sensors as demonstrated here: https://github.com/gui-dos/DiaBLE
Unfortunately, in this case you need to pay for a certificate for signing the app, build it yourself and so on

It is possible to reconnect to an European Libre 2 from any Apple device, even an iPad and a Mac (very probably even from an AppleTV but I didn't test it) like I am proving with my personal project https://github.com/gui-dos/DiaBLE.
