Ability Draft - A Year in Review 2022
It feels odd to have years of one's' life reduced down to a few sentences but years ago when Canadian Chicken pushed me to start Desolator to understand and document AD, to passing the reins off to Windrun.io, to traveling to events to meet Dota personalities, to watching backstage how other events are run and finally hosting an event of my own. I did not think then that it would ever come to this now. Afterwards I remember thinking about the deluge of love, support & feedback, how special the AD community is, and how great it is to be a part of it.

MOBA AI Behavior Trees
Dota 2 has a bot scripting API. A popular one is https://github.com/adamqqqplay/dota2ai, which builds on the default Valve bot logic to try and produce a relatively intelligent bot for practicing offline. You might find some good knowledge in there.
