Stars - the number of stars that a project has on GitHub. Growth - month over month growth in stars.
Activity is a relative number indicating how actively a project is being developed. Recent commits have higher weight than older ones.
For example, an activity of 9.0 indicates that a project is amongst the top 10% of the most actively developed projects that we are tracking.

Where do you keep your deck list (not the deck themselves)?
It is open-source and can be found on GitHub here. The documentation is pretty flimsy, have been meaning to record some instructions how to get started (but it will be more difficult than using an app).

That process works well for small collections, but if you have a larger collection, my teammate Jeremy made some modifications to the scripts that make it more sustainable and posted it on github.
