Out of sync error on game replay
You might have a chance by first downgrading AoE to the same version as the one that was used to save the game (there are a few tools to do that — like DE Replays Manager, wololo-downgrader or AoE2 DE Patcher), though I'm not sure it'll stay possible for very long ( /u/cyanide may have more to say about that).

You can use https://github.com/gregstein/DE-Replays-Manager to downgrade to older versions. There is no official way from Microsoft nor Valve to access old builds

You're not really doing a great job of showing the value of your project (DE Replay Manager) in this video. It looks like you are just using it because it has a button to launch the Downgrader Tool by cyanide, but that tool is available separately here: https://cyanide-aoe2.github.io/wololo-downgrader/

Never have used it but there is this tool to downgrade your game to earlier versions.
