I need help with some mods
You can download the original game at the official website https://ddlc.moe/ which you will eventually need if you're going to make a mod however I would recommend starting with the mod template @ https://github.com/GanstaKingofSA/DDLCModTemplate2.0/releases and/or DDMMaker @ https://github.com/GanstaKingofSA/DDLC-ModMaker/releases.

Having trouble installing sparks of hope
As 8bits already said, Mod Manager is not being updated. The only currently supported program like that is Mod Docker but I would recommend just installing mods manually. Below is a link to a guide on how to do this with most mods.

I made Ren'Py able to load a respective mods' files when selected. Its not a mod for DDLC if you are wondering, rather a standalone app/tool for you to run DDLC mods on. Don't use Mod Manager, as it's no longer supported. Instead, use the newer Doki Doki Mod Docker
