❗This is indeed the flag, but the text is encrypted with Base64. Usually, the presence of padding character "=" indicates that's Base64 type of encoding (but that's only one of the hints). To decrypt it, we can use CyberChef. Copy-paste the text and we either:

QRCode Generator

I have my instance of Snipe-it behind a reverse proxy. Each location once created has a static url such as https://inventory.mydomain.net/locations/3. Once I have created a location, I use a copy of this software to generate a quick QR code, and print it on a half-sheet label along with the name of the storage bin.
