COVID Certificate Check (version 3.5.0): Check COVID certificates

Been lurking for awhile…wasn’t allowed to get vacc bc immunosuppressant meds for my Crohns, FINALLY APPROVED! Won’t be seeing me on here, back to lurking n liking🙌
When I get vaxxed or boostered, I can scan a QR code and then have a personalized code on my app. Workers can then scan my code and see whether or not I‘m vaccinated and if my certificate is valid. No way to fake it by yourself and the source code for the app is even open source (Here‘s the github repo lol). The only way you game the system is by bribing somebody with access to the system generating the certificate, getting them to enter your info without vaxxing you.

I’m losing my Vaccinated Privileges™️
The app is officially available in all the major languages: https://github.com/admin-ch/CovidCertificate-App-Android/tree/main/wallet/src/main/play/listings

Swiss vote to approve COVID restrictions as infections rise. Swiss voters have given clear backing to legislation that introduced special COVID-19 certificates under which only people who have been vaccinated, recovered or tested negative can attend public events and gatherings
Even better, it's open source https://github.com/admin-ch/CovidCertificate-App-Android

No, requiring people to check in with a QR code does not breach Australian law
Sweden. Their app is open source, stores and protects the covid certificate locally on the device but allows for tracking as well if it's permitted in the OS. It also doesn't have Google services framework.

What software that you use daily “sparks joy” for you?
- fish
These two have become part of my terminal muscle memory, and I've got nothing to complain about them. Not saying that they are perfect, but for my use case, everything works reliably.
- Zoxide
A sort of keyword based `cd`, I guess. So useful that I've rarely `cd` these days.
- Jellyfin
Very happy about it. I used to make little python servers to serve mp4 files for my phone to play, but Jellyfin is miles better. And I don't have to worry about video codec.
- Caddy
As someone who never fully outgrown my confusions about nginx's configurations, caddy is such a helpful alternative.
Phone apps:
- Libby
Access to libraries for ebooks and audiobooks. My favorite phone app.
- Tuner
This one specifically (cause there are a million tuner apps out there): https://github.com/thetwom/Tuner
Use it daily for tuning my violin. Clean, readable interface. It works reliably and is Free, free, and ad-free.

I made a guitar tuner app using Flutter and Rust
The app looks great, but since no source code is provided knowing that it's made with Flutter and Rust isn't really of much use for anyone (esp. for learning purposes).
For anyone interested, I found a nice ad-free and open source tuner for Android https://github.com/thetwom/Tuner
