Charting: Creating many 1/4 bars with varying BPM at once
Convert Hero has a tool to automatically generate a .chart with a tempo map from an audio file. It's far from perfect, so you'll probably have to manually edit all bars, but it's a better starting point than having to manually input each BPM.
