Customizable calendar for Jetpack Compose with option to add app specific dates etc.
I found out couple of things including this one - https://github.com/boguszpawlowski/ComposeCalendar which is usable, but i am sort of expecting that some of you are experiencing / have seen maybe some better options.

Compose Calendar library
I have been working on Jetpack Compose library, which brings a component for rendering a calendar: https://github.com/boguszpawlowski/ComposeCalendar It supports custom day content, month and week headers etc. Also, it provides a mechanism for different types of selection (single day, multiple days, period) out-of-the-box. It is still in early development (v0.1.0), so the API and documentation aren't perfect and are due to change, but I will try to provide a blog post on it in around next week. I would be grateful for every suggestion, criticism and feedback. Cheers!

Elevated button in Jetpack Compose
I don't see why you couldn't build that without a scaffold, would probably just create a box to layer the fab over the content.

How do I populate a spinner with data from a csv file?
Then as far as the spinner, I personally think compose provides a better API for this so check out drop-down menu. Otherwise you will have to use a spinner adapter and spinner view. https://developer.android.com/guide/topics/ui/controls/spinner
