easy way to restart computer from phone?
IOT Link fits the bill if you're already running an MQTT service for home automation or don't mind having one running somewhere. It needs an agent installed on the Windows machine but it's open source. It can also be used to launch programs or scripts. Should work with any MQTT app but I run mine though Home Assistant so I've not tried any.
