Setting wallpaper via Intune - changing wallpaper linked, without re-creating profile?

If I just change the: $RegKeyPath = 'HKLM:\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\PersonalizationCSP' To: $RegKeyPath = 'HKCU:\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\PersonalizationCSP' that will then allow it to be modified by the user?
