Not quite how you mean with dark mode but Clipboard Conqueror can morph webpages to suit your taste, and works anywhere you can type, even the dev windows of chrome, so you could ask for an entire modified html or css to suit your desires and paste the changes right in place.https://github.com/aseichter2007/ClipboardConqueror
