Plex on docker
Had the same problem migrating from native installation to docker. This worked.

Cannot Claim Server (Again)
Plex runs non ssl on the same port so try http. Also I’ve had trouble claiming the server because I needed to claim from the same ip as plex server. I used an ssh proxy to do that but since your docker container that probably doesn’t have ssh you could try this script https://github.com/uglymagoo/plex-claim-server .

Plex Server Vanished
Found the issue. Needed to claim my server again. Followed this and it worked.

If anyone is still having issues with claiming their server, try using this script (for Linux Plex users). It worked wonderfully for me!

How to reclaim your server after resetting your account password, if you can't access the server directly. e.g. You run it on a headless machine or NAS and can't use a browser to 'claim' the server

New Plex server not detected yet i can login via ip:32400/web
Looks like someone took part of the official Plex container script for claims and modified it to work on any Linux server, might be worth a try. https://github.com/uglymagoo/plex-claim-server
