Are there any good open-source games that I could read the source code of, so I could see how "real" games are made?
I won't vouch for it being 'good' code, but you're welcome to take a look at mine: https://github.com/MI77/Environmini

Where can I get Unity opensource projects?
Bit of self promotion but I've been making a game that is open source on GitHub: https://github.com/MI77/Environmini

I published my first game! Environmini is a little nature-friendly isometric puzzler. I've made all the Unity code available too; link to GitHub in the details.
I also want this to be a useful resource for other people who're starting building their own games, so I've put all the code on GitHub at https://github.com/MI77/Environmini. I'd love to collaborate on making it even better!
