Is there any shortcut to jump among camel case words?
Essentially this searches for the next upper case letter or word boundary in forward (C-Right) or backward (C-Right) direction. The camelcase plugin is also another option.

Why does ci" work from elsewhere on a line, but it doesn't for ci[ , ci{ ?
