Arch Linux Laptop Optimization Guide For Practical Use
once you know what you're doing it will take you probably 15min tops to do this unless you forget a `-j` option on the `make` or your computer is a potato. if you just found out how awesome it is squeezing the kernel for performance and are horny for flashy new patches, some decent sources I am aware of: https://github.com/Frogging-Family/linux-tkg https://github.com/sirlucjan/kernel-patches https://github.com/clearlinux-pkgs/linux https://github.com/CachyOS/cacule-cpu-scheduler (new maintainer uploads here, in case you thought it was dead. I use this over MuQSS/bitmap/anything else, I love it) ??? (if you find something else cool let me know)

inttf-kernel – Clear Linux kernel for Fedora 36 users
I'm unconvinced. JR links to the Clear Linux kernel patches, most of which don't look like they're performance related. (You don't need to be a developer to read them, most of them are prefixed with an explanation of what they do.)

i cant download or update anything due to my location. are there any other mirrors?
Well, Clear is mainly targeted at server usage anyway. On Arch, you might look at trying a kernel with the Clear Linux patchset. There's a number of other official and unofficial optimized kernels that might interest you as well. https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Kernel
