I've also made a C#/.NET wrapper for the Bungie.net API
It's called "BungieSharper" (since BungieSharp was already taken by a wrapper that hasn't been updated since 2016) and you can find the source code here and get it on NuGet or one of the other places listed in the wiki section of the repo here.
