api VS quicktype

ran into the same on my shader management app and started asking around. someone pointed me to a github issue that indicates bungie is aware of the issue and planning to fix on the 30th with the next api data update: https://github.com/Bungie-net/api/issues/1829

There's an issue tracker for API bugs/enhancements only; I've reported this shader bug there already.

Once I notice an update, less than 5 minutes because everything is automatically generated from their api spec.

All PvP matches or just Iron Banner? There’s currently a bug in the API that prevents IB matches from showing up. If it’s all PvP, I’ve got nothing.

There is currently a bug in the API where Iron Banner matches are not flagged as PVP matches. You can see it here: https://github.com/Bungie-net/api/issues/1761

I grab the response off of the network tab. Either make a structure manually or use something like QuickType

Grab the json, paste it into https://app.quicktype.io/ and see if the structure matched your struct.

I usually use https://app.quicktype.io/ , they also have a VSCode plugin and then fieldaligment to make sure it's as compact as possible.

Just paste your json inside app.quicktype.io or it's vscode

P.S. This could be more efficient to generate Codable code than ChatGPT
