Blockbot works pretty well and is highly customizable. There’s no official jar yet on modrinth or curseforge but the latest build from the GitHub repo works fine. https://github.com/QuiltServerTools/BlockBot/tree/rewrite

there is this bot/plugin that does this https://github.com/DiscordSRV/DiscordSRV as for your concern about getting banned, it should be fine at the most you will not be able to use discord for a few hours but it is very diffuclt to reach that limit
