I'm using BlazorComponentBus (https://github.com/cpear/BlazorComponentBus) with my Blazor Server app for simple messaging between my components, its working awesome, simple, lightweight and fast.

Simpler alternative to Fluxor
BTW have you seen https://github.com/cpear/BlazorComponentBus ? It might not be necessary, but it makes decoupling components easy, and it's not redux. Feels more like a (very simple) standard server-side message broker.
