Recommend a good QR & Barcode Scanner?
You can create QR codes and bar code for many things and has more features than binary eye. So unless binary eye has all these would recommend this. Binary eye has issue in wifi qr creation as shown here. Choose based on feature you want.

The QR codes! The QR codes are coming for you!!! 😱
She's only 98% full of shit here. There are privacy implications of blindly scanning things with your phone. I use a scanner app that shows me the scanned data and then asks me whether or not to act on it. (Binary Eye)

Im trying to separate my IoT devices from the rest of my network. I need some help.
For example, I have TP-Link SmartPlugs which I control via softScheck's tplink-smartplug utility and HomeAssistant. The plugs can connect to a cloud server somewhere, but I have them locked away in a VLAN by the firewall, which blocks all outgoing connections from the IoT zone. It allows only incoming connections to the zone, which is how tplink-smartplug and HA communicate with the plugs.
