You could also try to uninstall the app and download the latest beta release to see if it fixes your issue. The app now also saves log files on your phone by default. If the app still doesn't start it would be very helpful for us if you could go to the following path and send us the .txt files you find there. The path: Android/data/com.musicplayer.socymusic/logs

TimberX has bugs here and there and it doesn't have gapless playback. The developer has been inactive for over a year.
