Make sure you're not allowing binance to run in the background. - Giving it permission to show over other apps. - Allowing it to run in silence and DND mode. Also could root your s20 and use Battery tool Github or find one of the ad driven and premium hibernate apps.

Tailscale is another way of doing it. I'm using it to access my Pi's Samba shares from my phone but it works from Windows as well.
