The only caveat from flashing your own firmware is you have to manually update it by pushing the latest version to Balenacloud. There are ways to automate it through GitHub actions or this script https://github.com/Crash0v3r1de/BalenaNebraUpdater

Temporal let you write code as workflows whereas Wexflow let you build workflows with built-in activities without writing any code. You can also create your own custom activities in Wexflow in C#.
