Turn Your iPhone into a Dumb Phone
It does not turn a smartphone into a dumbphone (I don't think that is even possible without removing entire parts of the system, possibly bricking the device) but the simpler and immediate interface makes it a lot more usable.

Looking for a similar launcher like BaldPhone
I'm looking for a more updated launcher like BaldPhone that aims to help elderly people to use smartphone with an easier to use interface. It would be better if the launcher also has easier interface for messaging app which BaldPhone doesn't have.

Samsung Internet Beta v17 picks up AI-powered privacy enhancements
Interesting. It still might be worth submitting a Github issue request on AdGuard's content blocker page (https://github.com/AdguardTeam/ContentBlocker) to see if there is some sort of filter they can implement to block these triggers. Otherwise, you are probably correct that it is a bug on Samsung's end and who knows when (if ever) that will be addressed.
