Interesting. It still might be worth submitting a Github issue request on AdGuard's content blocker page (https://github.com/AdguardTeam/ContentBlocker) to see if there is some sort of filter they can implement to block these triggers. Otherwise, you are probably correct that it is a bug on Samsung's end and who knows when (if ever) that will be addressed.
