BWAPI Revamped (3rd party package) allows you to import SCR's custom hotkeys to v16 of the game by just one click, actually the only tool in the scene of SC1 that allows that !

You can also try a better BWAPI-AI launcher called BWAPI Revamped, which have exaclty the same bots as Snail, and you can even download new AIs manually if you want from SSCAIT,, this launcher you mentioned can work more for newbies that prefer quick point and click human vs AI scenario, but BWAPI world is much bigger/marvelous with more features, control, scenarios and everything.

BWAPI Revamped is your friend, which allows you to play vs strong bots offline, in case you're afraid/shy to lose to humans!, it also includes the phenomenal CoachAI, and various other useful tools/features.

Also SC1 doesn't have a concept of AI difficulty levels like SC2, the only solution for "hard" AI in SC1 is one of the features that Blizzard promised to put in scr, but left us halfway, its called BWAPI, which ofc requires the previous version of the game that you're not familiar with.

Also, I wonder how you determine Victory/Defeat, afaik its impossible to know that for sure, and the algorithms to calculate that can't be 100% guaranteed even in some simple 1v1 matches, more info here.
