Hyprland Crash Course
My work on AGS, so far, has been mostly focused on adding support for additional features that weren't available before. I implemented the possibility to write your own PolKit agent in AGS and have just recently gotten secure session locking via the ext-session-lock-v1 Wayland protocol working. I still need to clean up the code and send PRs upstream, though.
That said, my config is available on GitHub [0]. If you want to see much more complete setups, you should check out the configurations by Aylur (creator of AGS) [1], kotontrion [2], or end_4 [3]. I'm sure there are lots more that are notable, but these immediately came to mind.

Looking for minimal yet beautiful dot/rice
install AGS and use Aylurs dots. He has quite a variety in his themes. AGS is kinda like EWW but uses GJS instead. https://github.com/Aylur/dotfiles

Client-side decorations now implemented in Iced for Cosmic
Do you already have an idea about what the Quick Settings will look like? If not, I will make a suggestion. https://github.com/Aylur/dotfiles/tree/gnome42 (I didn't make it, it's just an idea)

LazyVim Python Formatter and Linter Not working.
Take a look at my Python dotfiles. Specifically mason where I install black and ruff and then null-ls where I configure the sources for formatting.

c-n does not move_mark_down when using harpoon and telescope
You have 2 times dependencies in your telescope.lua file (that's wrong). Also you're having multiple specs for telescope, but in each one of them you're calling config function, so each one gets overridden. Just use one spec for telescope and put all your options inside and make sure you call the config function just one time in the end. You can take a look at mine if you would like to see how things are done and adjust accordingly your own configuration.

[lazyvim] python IDE in Neovim
You can take a look at mine here. I don't however have pytest incorporated nor any REPL, as I use a terminal with iPython as a REPL. If you want to use it as is, please don't forget to uncomment the pyright under nvim-lspconfig.opts.servers section. I have it commented out because I was experimenting with some other things.
