Server Automatic Backup
As far as I'm aware, vanilla does not have this feature, but you can install Fabric onto the server and use Textile Backup, it has a lot of options you can change. https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/textile-backup

I accidentally duped sand for 2 days straight on my year long world, and I’m locked in the end dimension. I don’t have access to commands. I’m trying to delete the sand entities, but I have no idea what I’m doing. Here is the ridiculous amount of entity files I have on this world. What do I do?
I would recommend using the Textile Backup mod. This mod has several great features

my minecraft worlds are corrupting super frequently and i can’t find a solution anywhere.
While I have no idea what the issue is in your case, you could try using the fabric mod "textile backup". This mod can be set to make regular backups, if need be even every 10min so if your world gets corrupted again, you can just load the last backup.
