Can you create a wave table from a wav file?
I may have some words wrong, but I am curious if there is a way to take some wav samples of an instrument and turn them into the real/imag files here. I found some wav samples of a cello and I think I would like to first try generating frequencies with javascipt/web audio context and custom periodic waves before trying some other daw or sonic pi kind of solution.
- How can I convert PCM data to frequency data? Further elaboration in the post.
