Do you have a copy from a previous job you can reference to see what info was provided? Typically an as-built diagram (physical and logical topology) and copy of the config. Veeam B&R Powershell command to list jobs for the past 24hours?
My personal favorite is the AsBuilt Report for Veeam which is crazy good and has had a lot of time put into it. It may be a bit overkill for what you're wanting to pull in with your report, but if nothing else you can check the source code to get ideas about how that information was gathered.
