If you dig deeper you will find out that it is a really slow way to do it. Right now, there is no easy and fast way to get a name, value, or enum value attributes in dotnet. You can't do it efficiently only with 3-party libraries. For example, the AOT.Reflection(to be clear I am the author of the library) does what you want and does it efficiently.
