I made a PowerShell script for use with the Day Planner plugin that lets me add extra time to a task while updating the time of all future tasks. Are there any existing plugins that achieve this?
You will need to Install/Import the Anybox Module first. Change the DailyPlannerNotesPath variable to your notes file location.

Use something called a "debloater" - these are Powershell-scripts which disable or even remove all unnecessary crap.

Honestly, I'd just perform a clean installation of the OS on an empty drive, then running something like this to remove all the extra bloat that comes with W10, then see how it goes.
