NavSuite Update
Here is a link to the file and a very slowly improving wiki. Note that I did not make about 50% of the software in this package, I just made them all play nice together and put a pretty bow on them. I have provided links to the original projects in the readme on the front page. If I missed anything, you have any questions, or you want to make a contribution you can contact me here, via the starbase discord, or using the issue system in github.

What to come back for?
It's like yours, but in stead of cargo lock frames it uses a laser designator and sensor and does all speeds in all directions without being as huge as a max speed omnidirectional CLF speedometer needs to be. Check it out here and the AAS/EmergencyStop/StrafeArrest stuff here.

Material Point Scanner delay before scanning
I have the delay tracked back to march 14-15th. Scanning worked differently before that and fast scanners were possible, though even then I used something similar to today's versions.

Was there a secret update in the last 48 hours?
With regards to asteroids and AAS: I have had my ship avoid asteroids well before it notifies me that it is avoiding, but well after it should have started(code here) which seems fucking insane. On top of that, when it does this odd pre-avoid, it does it at thrust rates that are way less aggressive than when I'm sure the code is working. Other times the code works but another issue(mentioned below) forces the ship off course and the AAS has to compensate and sometimes does so poorly. But the truth is I have nothing to compare it against to know if this is a me thing or not or in any way related to your thing. Show me what you are working with. Code and videos of working and not if you can.

Why wont my ship strafe when moving forward?

Compass v1.2 release & the Future of Compass
This update fixes a rounding bug with the compass display. Previously the center of the display was off it's target by 0.5 characters of the display. If you are using the modified compass versions of Thaccus' Starbase-Nav-Suite you already have the bug fix and don't need to update.

Integrated Navigation Package
I have taken some of the standard navigation tools and reworked them to all use the same data. Three receivers and 15ish chips gets you Waypoints, Compass, Autopilot, AAS, and some other goodies like approach and scan. All of this is in a (hopefully) muggle-proof module that you can drop into your builds.
