What do I do to fix this, it won't launch and only this error pops up
It should automatically be brought up at the end of the SPV3 installation iirc, so I'd say try reinstalling. But you can download the installer from here if you want to avoid reinstalling or it doesn't get brought up.

Can't Play Borderless 1080
Borderless is completely broken right now. I tried fixing it, but I'm fighting something outside of our control to make sure the game stays Borderless. See the Issue.
