You can download the zip file from github. The download button doesn't normally show on mobile pages so you can either download it on pc and transfer the folder, or request the desktop site if your android allows it. I've never used the app so I'm not sure if it's different

You'd need to download this mod (https://github.com/DeltaNedas/pictologic) by pasting this link into github page in mods. Then in schematics, choose pictologic, import, choose settings and export!
