Locating downloaded games
If you want a bubble for it on your Vita homescreen to launch it without needing to enter Adrenaline, you may need to make one, using Adrenaline Bubble Manager. Get the VPK, install it with VitaShell, and run it. I should detect all PSP content in Adrenaline and give you the option to make bubbles for it.

[Adrenaline] Is there a way to make a PSP game boot from BOOT.BIN (instead of EBOOT.BIN)
You can find Adrenaline Bubbles Manager on github (https://github.com/ONElua/AdrenalineBubbleManager). If your games wont launch properly with this app, the tutorial on the RetroFlow github suggests another alternative as well, but this is the one that worked for me. Note: You dont need to actually need to make any homescreen bubbles for your games, but from what little I understand, this app does something behind the scenes somehow that allows RetroFlow to launch your games by pretending they are being launched from a home screen bubble.

How do I get PSX ROMS on to PS Vita?
PSP2PSX will convert a PSX disc image into the “eboot.pbp” format executable by the PSP, which you then place on the Vita in ux0:/pspemu/psp/game/game _name/eboot.pbp. Then you can either run it from Adrenaline, or create a Vita bubble to launch it using Adrenaline Bubble Manager.

reVita. This is a great plugin on paper and can do the button swap, but there's a caveat. Certain games can have analog stick problems when this plugin is installed, even if disabled for that game. Had this happen to me and heard about it from others as well.
