MatrixPortal M4 Moon Phase Clock direct copy/paste into code.py, Doesn't execute properly
On line 129 of the code on GitHub the `struct_time’ is being initialised with 9 arguments, but the CircuitPython docs and the crash info suggest that it’s expecting a tuple of 9 values. Can you just throw some parenthesis around the arguments in that call and see if it’s happy ?

Welcome to a Joint AMA with some of the Developers for CircuitPython and MicroPython: Python for MicroControllers!
Since we (Adafruit) started working on MicroPython, we've evolved our version of it, called CircuitPython, into the easiest way to get started programming microcontrollers. In CircuitPython we've focused on making the "first five minutes" smooth and rewarding. They are then followed up by a plethora of resources such as tutorials with example code and libraries. None of this would be possible without the great CircuitPython community we've grown that centers around our Discord server.

How can I play mp4 video using this Matrix LED Panel (video inside)
You mention how https://github.com/mikecann/disco-cube-daemon is broken, probably isn't but right in the header of their README it does say in bold "NOTE: Everything here is PROOF OF CONCEPT. I don't plan on supporting this code so if you want to use it then no problem but use it at your own risk.".. so you really need to take the time to read the source code for yourself, these are big libraries and cannot expect people r/learnpython to go through each line for you explaining what each thing does....
What are some alternatives?
