Send Controller button combo (PS+Square) with a timer (1 minute or whatever)
I looked into it a bit, and while it appears to be theoretically possible, it requires a third program called vJoy, and then a pretty involved AHK library as well - a little bit beyond me at the moment unfortunately - if I have time and energy anytime soon I'll try and take a crack at it.

Cyberpunk using PS5 controller input issue
There is a software for using PS5 controllers on Windows called DS4Windows (link: https://ds4-windows.com/) I recently used this to play cyberpunk with PS5 controller without issues.

Hellp.Pace Wheel not working right
From what I see online, it only officially supports PS3+PS4, and not PC. You might be able to get it to work using https://ds4-windows.com/ .
