Ortholinear and radially
You're looking for splay. There are a few designs out there. If you're okay with fewer keys, check out the hypergolic

Have you caught the bug yet?
And I am back on 30 keys. This is the latest of my bug keyboards: the Flea. The splay is a little different from the Midge and the Mosquito, with none between the index and middle finger and an extra 5 degrees between the ring and pinkie. This pushes the pinkie out a little bit while also pulling the thumb in. The thumb cluster has a slightly inverted splay to match. My main inspiration for this design is the Hypergolic. I have added a few words on my keymap to the pinned Keymap Tinkering thread.
