Authy Desktop EOL moved from August 2024 to March 19 2024
Authy doesn't give you a way to export. You have to use this:

Then add each one to whatever service you're migrating to

i used this tool https://github.com/token2/authy-migration and it worked as expected.
you just need to generate their html and on it, you will see a bunch of QR codes -- just use them to add a new TOTP to whatever tool you use.

SMS or Authy
I see. If your Authy profiles are backed up and multi-device is allowed, it is also quite easy to retrieve , you only need to have access to the mobile number (which makes it vulnerable to sim-swap attack, same as with SMS)
