240p Test Suite NES: PLUGE outer bars?
So I'm using 240p Test Suite for NES by Damian Yerrick: https://github.com/pinobatch/240p-test-mini/releases/tag/v0.19

Metroid Fusion in 240p on a CRT id a Beauty to Behold🔥💜
op, if you want to better tune geometry for non-integer scales you can give it a go using 240p mini for GBA https://github.com/pinobatch/240p-test-mini . you'll still have a lot of shimmering and torn frames, though.

This SP motherboard was in a junk drawer for 9 year. Check the comments for story.
Nintendo used " AGS Aging " test Carter to diagnosed issues with the GBA. Google is a thing and the the right to repair is very important. I will recommend a second test program 240p test mini which uses a GNU General Public License v2.0 which give you the right to Commercial use, Modification, Distribution, and Private use. I would never say pirate diagnosis tools, but it legal by New York state law to repair you stuff now.

Would it be possible to use velcro to put in my backlit screen?
To help with positioning, get a flashcart and load up the 240p Test Suite (you want the .gba one) and navigate to "Grid". You can use the red boxes on the edges to align the screen.

Cracked my new IPS Screen, but seems to still work. Is it just the cover that is cracked? Could this be fixed with a new cover? Or will a whole new screen be needed?
That app is amazing. Thanks for the heads up!

Is it easy to straighten a modded LCD screen on GBA SP?
Get the 240p test suite:. https://github.com/pinobatch/240p-test-mini/releases Open the program and go to "grid". This will allow you to see the borders, and how much is getting cut off.

Making a GB game, any tips on making music for it?
This video (plus the next part in the playlist) has an intro to creating music using GBDK and GBT Player https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7l93RP986Zo I gather that hUGEtracker and hUGEdriver https://github.com/SuperDisk/hUGEDriver are the new preferred music tools with GBT player https://github.com/AntonioND/gbt-player being an older, more complex option (I haven't used them enough to form an opinion).

Windows 95 start up sound on Gameboy
I want the .mod file (or some equivalent transcription of the notes/instruments that I could import or convert) so that it will work with GBT Player. I'm doing a project which uses GBT Player to play the music.

Using Unity to make maps for my Game Boy game
If you're asking how I made the game itself, I wrote it from scratch in GBz80 Assembly. I'm using RGBDS for assembly. Most of the assets are converted to a usable format with custom Python scripts. The music is made with OpenMPT and converted/played with gbt-player. The map tool in the video is a collection of C# scripts that generate and export assembly by parsing the Unity scene. Here's what the file looks like.
